Course is in good shape and worth playing. I have played here on and off for over 20 years. It is in better shape than in the past with a better layout and more water to contend with.

Recently renovated. Now called the "Lakes Course" instead of Monte Vista. Has an island green (#16) and nine holes have water/lakes that come into play. A nice relaxing round can be played here at reasonable price ($30 if walking). Most days can be played at good pace- 3.5 - 4 hours.

Course has been allowed to completely deteriorate. Sad... Pace of play was awful, thanks to a "five-some" holding up the whole course and no one doing anything about it.
